Begin by downloading the rebate registration form. Fax it back to us and your agent will guide you step by step from finding your home through the closing of escrow. Q. How is the Rebate paid? A. The Rebate can be paid in cash via check or as a Closing Cost Credit to reduce money you need to bring to Closing.
