We spent almost $1000 on another For Sale By Owner site and didn't get as many pictures or as nice of a display as what your company gave us for free.  We quickly got rid of the flyers we paid for and put yours up.   We also got our own domain name for $8 on the web, Tim taught us how to direct people right to our home.  Our house too about 30 days to sell.  I love the fact that Tim screened people for us.  We didn't have people going through our house that didn't qualify.  We found the right buyer and got what we asked for.  Thanks Tim!!!   Matt & Linda, Kent WA
